About Me

Hi! I’m Margo, and I love pottery.

I tend to work between two very different (but equally loved) styles. In one style, I make functional, small-batch dinnerware—stackable bowls, sets of mugs, kitchen pieces— designed to be used every day. I like finishing these pieces in bright, colorful glazes.

The other style is my lamps, where I let go of all structure and lean into chaos! Each lamp is thrown on the wheel and then poked, stretched, and sculpted into an organic, free-flowing form. No two ever come out the same, as the entire process is an unpredictable journey. I usually glaze these in more natural tones—browns, grays, and deep greens.

I love both styles and have grown to love them even more as they exist alongside each other. My lamps and larger pieces are available for purchase on this site, and my smaller pieces are for sale only at markets and through commission— reach out if you want a piece and I’ll make it for you!
